I absolutely recommend this app!!!
I like browsing on different high street apps. And i find Zara to have the best user experience. I don't always leave reviews for apps, but I'm very impressed with their app that i felt i have to voice my amazement. I find them very good when i want to access my account coz its easy to find and edit if i want to. Also, the options for payment are great, i use Apple-pay (very handy). Zara also send e-receipt. I can return/refund online orders to my local Zara store. The shipping & delivery was quick (Fastway), with tracking facility. And the best part is, my order came in a nice box with inside wrapping of a fancy blue paper. And the box was sealed with a plastic bag with handles. All in all, I'm very happy with Zara, well of course the quality of the garments are very good! Probably the best app for online ordering by far, in my humble opinion. Im using this app for iPhone btw.
Can never actually see what I’m buying !
Two major issues with the app.
1. I can never ever see what the clothes actually look like, as the models are always facing away or only showing part of the item of clothing. And then if you swipe, for most products, they’re displayed hanging up. Again, I can’t see what I’m buying or what it’s like on an actual human.
2. When I open the app, I become disorientated every single time. I can never find my way to the main area and so I just click a few times and end up closing the app.
Overall, my most disliked clothing app by a long shot.
Finally updated APP online experience new layout 2023
Best app all updated 2023!!! Zara new App is pretty good but have you noticed the clothing is more in line with Massimo Dutti and the prices are expensive!! Hopefully your couriers won’t mess up any more of my orders and please put a ramp for wheelchair and pram users at Dublin Henry st store only access we have is the main entrance we have a lot of steps to access into the building this again is not convenient for people like myself that have to use machinery it’s a disgrace at this day in age zara haven’t been bothered to update that please get back to me and stop ignoring your customers who may be different!!! Other than this review I’m happy with the layout and everything is up to date. It’s a clear view for all customers to understand. 👍🏽
