The iMedDoc EMR 4.0 is an integrated mobile application developed for GP's and consultants. It's fully integrated with iMedDoc EMR and helps to promote productivity and efficiencies for GP's and consultants. It allows users to • Securely access patient's appointments and medication histories • Capture Scan documents and upload to patient record • Dictate notes to a patient visit • Create SOAP notes and upload to patient record Please note iMedDoc EMR 4.0 is currently only available for Irish GP's and consultants. Repeatedly crashes and lose unsaved work

I have been using iMedDoc for 7 years and updated as each new version is released. The program crashes at least once and frequently 2 or 3 times every time I have used it. My assistant and colleagues have the same experience. All unsaved work is lost. All unsaved work is lost each time. It is extraordinary that this issue has never been resolved. It is a well structured product but the most unreliable I have ever worked with.
