Description
Isaac.care is a connected healthcare application which aims to enable vulnerable or elderly people to live safely and independently at home for longer through the use of connected healthcare technology to provide increased care in the home.
Communication is facilitated within ISAAC through the use of circles of care which are groups of people involved in providing care to the user.
The calendar feature allows the user and their carers to effectively manage the user’s schedule.
Our health tracker allows users to keep track of their vital signs over time which can highlight any worrying changes and can easily be shown to a doctor/GP.
Isaac.care also includes a detailed health record where details of the user’s medication, previous medical history and allergies can be stored.
Motion sensors allow families to have peace of mind that their loved ones are up and around by simply checking within the app to keep track of their activities throughout the day.

Great app
Easy to use app so you can record vitals to have exact information when going to doctor. We use it together with the fall alarm pendant which has been a game changer to provide care for my mother in law. We feel a lot more reassured about her safety now!

This app has given me and my family so much relief and reassurance as my grandmother can contact us whenever she needs us. A life changer for anyone who looks after elderly and vulnerable people prone to falls, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Isaac
The next step in remote monitoring.
This is a fantastic idea. All the different levels of monitoring in this app will make it a game changer. Instead of the usual wrist work personal alarm that has been around for years, we can now monitor vitals, fall detection and more. Great work from the developers.
