Do Not Use This App - Winnings Not Awarded!
Beware! In addition to all of the technical issues others have noted, I recently “won” €800 on this app only for them to deny this winning. I was provided with a photograph by customer service which did not match my gaming experience. I’ve asked for this to be escalated to a third party to investigate fraudulent behaviours. Choose another app - as I’ve learned you need to photograph your winning screen to “prove” you won - otherwise your winnings may not be paid. Multiple customer service staffs at different escalation levels have been involved with no resolution. There is something very wrong with this app and the Ladbrokes technical team are unable to resolve this.

May 2020 update is terrible
The latest update to this app which meant it was unavailable for most of a day so they could refresh the site is absolutely awful. The time it takes to load the main screen let alone navigate from one to another is simply indefensible these days. For such a large organisation to get the basics so badly wrong is ludicrous. I hope Ladbrokes can spend some money on some new servers because their current ones clearly are not fit for purpose. GET IT RIGHT LADS, YOU CANT BE THAT BUSY AT THE MOMENT SO WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU ARE???
