We were blown away by the speed and efficiency of the service. It’s hard not to find the whole experience very cool and futuristic. I’m sure we’ll get used to it as we will be using as often as we can.
Food arrived cold & at wrong location!
Absolutely no stars for this delivery service. We had to wait for over an hour for our food to arrive. The chips arrived all cold and dried out. The tacos were all mushy. The melted cheese hardened. I think the idea is cool and we wanted to try it for our kids but the drone delivered in the backyard while we’ve been live chatting with support for the past hour and a half that it should be delivered in the driveway. I’ve lost 2 hours of my life and am €50 lighter. If I could give less than 0 stars I would!
