Good app

Like the layout of the app.. easy to use but wish Apple Pay would work! It always comes back with an error when I attempt to use Apple Pay but Will let me use my card ☺️👍🏻

Was happy until now. My seat changed after I booked seat.

Booked a seat in advance for a showing of Joker 2 in Odeon . Couple of days before the movie, I double checked to see the layout of the particular cinema screen I’d booked, only to see my seat was still available. I checked my email receipt which confirmed the seat I thought I’d booked, but when I checked the app under my purchases, it showed a completely different seat than the one I’d booked.
I popped into the cinema (again, in advance) and was offered a switch of seats but not for the one I’d booked unless I paid additional fee as these seats were now “special “ seats !!
But I’d booked that seat as my email receipt shows.
I received no email notification of my seat being changed. So very disappointed in this experience so far, but will try the online help tomorrow and see is there a remedy. Normally the app is just fine, but I cannot understand how an app or a system can move me out of a booked seat and then add insult to injury by not informing me of seat change.

App refusing payment options

I consistently get rejected at payment stage when trying to book tickets for my family. I’m a limitless customer and have 2 saved cards which are up to date. But I constantly get “something went wrong” when trying to book tickets for my family and it’s worse when I add food onto the order.
I’ve tried adding new cards and still same error.
