Please I got an appointment on this great app but I did a mistake on my email which I was unable to receive a reference when I try to book for another appointment I can’t because is saying I have already booked for an appointment. Please what should I do now am confuse I need help

Bug?

Using this to get appt for renewal when you have a new passport. It keeps getting stuck on the “do you have a GNIB card?” query. There’s no YES option. I just picked NO on the actual website, and that’s when I saw there were no appointments. But on the app, at this point, if I pick NO, it’s won’t let me continue. The page refreshes and clears my NO choice and says I have to choose something. I choose NO again, and same thing. Help!

Wow, this app is such a relief!

I have been trying to book my appointment via GNIB website for a month with no success, and with this app, it took me just 2 days.

The first day after I purchased the app, I didn’t receive any notifications, but the next day (and it was Sunday), my phone was booming with notifications of available appointments! It took me two attempts to finally book mine; I think because there is so much demand, the available slots were disappearing within seconds.

If you want to get your appointment way faster I definitely recommend purchasing this app!
