Best fitness app on the market
Probably the best fitness app on the market . The atmosphere and vibe is second to none. The coaches are professional , fun and want to ensure that everyone seems welcome to the world of fitness. The workouts are for every level and the tunes make the time go by very quick. I would recommend Queens don’t quit to absolutely everyone !!! If you’re not with QDQ you are missing out !!
Beware - they won’t let you unsubscribe!!
Be warned, you can’t unsubscribe in the app, the ONLY way is to email support. I have sent over 24 emails since March 27th (this is June), I have even asked in the app. Still not unsubscribed and it is about to auto renew.
This is the story -
I signed up via instagram after Maeve did a ‘special offer’ on Boxing Day and was emailed confirmation of subscription but with zero details. I stupidly didn’t write them down while doing it from Instagram. (In fairness you usually get sent an email with details)
I tired after to find the details but failed as they are not in this app. So after 3 months I noticed 60 euro taken from my account so emailed support (the only way to cancel) and said I didn’t want to re subscribe. They responded and said I could have refund but since then NOTHING (this was March 27th) I didn’t use the app but there has been no refund or response from the 14 emails I have sent them.
I just want to CANCEL which you should able to do easily!!! I don’t want to keep being charged for an app I am not using.
Honestly the worst experience ever trying to unsubscribe. I have better things to do, I feel I am being pranked.
