Love!! But please fix sound enhancement issue!!

*really annoying sound enhancement glitch since yesterday. I couldn’t figure out why volume and sound kept changing on my hearing aids. I had to remove them as I was getting very disoriented. Rebooted hearing aids, removed and reinstalled hearings from device and also the app. But same thing was happening. Checked the app and could see that if I selected the sound enhancement option there looks like there is a little party going on. The lines are moving up and down of their own accord and as a result changing the sound quality and volume of the hearing aids. If Bluetooth is switched off it stops but I need Bluetooth switched on for other devices. My hearing aids are unusable once Bluetooth is on…can this please be resolved quickly.*

Have been using this app successfully for nearly 4 years I feel I can give 4 stars with honesty. Yes there are some things I would like to tweak but overall I love it and would recommend resound hearing aids simply based on being able to adjust your hearing aids discreetly when needed via your phone instead of having a separate costly device to remember and carry around for this sole purpose. The only reason I do not give the full 5 stars is that’s there are small annoyances within the app that mean that the seamlessness that you would expect is not there or have not been smoothed out over the 4 years of my use. I am quite tech savvy so having to reinstall the app, reboot Bluetooth or to remove and re-pair hearing aids are not an issue but for those who are not comfortable doing these things the app would soon be more of a nuisance than a useful tool. (Actually now that I read that I realise that I should maybe fewer stars!) But as I said I love it so I feel the 4 stars are deserved.

Disconnected to demo mode

Disconnected itself to demo mode without me realising. As a result ‘Find my hearing aid’ did not work when I needed it. I’ve had a lot of connectivity issues with this app from day one.

Hey Maybelle, thank you for this feedback. Please download iOS 15.4.1. Following this, perform a quick clean of your iOS device. Take ALL steps in order, even if you’ve done before: 1) delete app, 2) unpair hearing aids under Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > ‘forget this device’, 3) turn phone off/on, 4) install ‘new’ app, 5) re-pair hearing aids under Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices, 6) Open app and follow instructions to complete connection.
