Unable to send money.

For the past few days now I have be trying to send money but still not going through and I don’t know what might be problem.

The App is getting worse by the day.

I left the App when they were having issues with verification and after sending me tons of mails i thought they had gotten their act together only to discover that they have moved from bad to worse. I have gone through ID verification which took almost 8 tries and they kept rejecting valid IDs. After that stress, i thought that was the end of the mishap only to discover that the App kept saying i had never submitted my ID for verification again but on clicking the button to go over the process,it will take me to a prompt which will read that your ID has already been verified. It took almost half of the day before i could use the app to send money after deleting and reinstalling.
Fast forward to another day, i tried using the app again since i would assume the worst is behind, only to discover that the app is asking that i register again, i was angry that i deleted it and re- downloaded it from Appstore; but my profile then came up but the new issue is that it won’t allow me to use my card to make payment. It keeps saying another profile has used the card but unfortunately i have got only profile and one cr card. The developers need to take down this app and get it running before pushing to the public. It is frustrating to say the least.

Refund

Hi.
I am sending this message with regret ever using this app, my friend introduce me to this app and first time I try to use this app to send money back hope ended in disaster.

I did transaction on the 6th August of over 2,000 euro at different intervals only 1,000+ euro went through and am yet to get a refund of 1,070 euro.

I need my money to be refunded to my account asap as this is a matter of urgency. It’s over 3days now am still waiting for a refund .

In the app it’s noted the money has been successful process for refund yet am not seeing the money in my acct and I didn’t an email as to what happen to my money.

And it’s difficult for customer to get through to the company. There is no Mobile no email address.

I need my money back to my account ASAP .
