So easy to use
I love how it ties I. With my other smart home appliances and I have it all in one.
Being able to turn on the washing machine or another spin cycle when I am not home is fantastic.
Great app
Washing machine control breaks
It’s been a month I got washing machine and dryer from Samsung and I was very excited about using this app to set them work. But unfortunately washing machine controller breaks every now and then. I reached out to support and they recommended to reinstall the app. I did this and it worked but just for several weeks. Now it’s broken again and reinstalling doesn’t help. Very annoying:(
New version blocks adding of additional devices
Since installing the latest version of the app it block me from adding additional devices.
