Indescribably helpful

I decided to try this app a couple of months ago to see what mindfulness was like. The programs are structured, giving you many ways to find meditations that work for you. You can add those to your favourite meditations for regular practice. I am now a regular meditator - something I never thought I’d be. I’m calmer and more present. I made a donation as this app can genuinely change your mindset. I can’t praise it enough.

Simply Amazing

It’s so nice when once in a while you happen on an app that just blows you away. I can’t speak highly enough of this app and what the people at Smiling Mind have set out to do. I notice too the distinct lack of ads and pop-ups; I’ll make a donation at some point. This app is a keeper. Really well done to everyone involved.

Fantastic for beginners

I only started using this app last week and I can already see a huge improvement in my stress levels. I do 2 hours of mindfulness every week and it’s made a huge difference. Highly recommend
