Description
Sports Medicine app to deliver a training program to patients of SSC.
* The Patient completes the course independently of SSC appointments.
* They have an option to view the list of exercise and video playback.
* The Patient has an option to comment on the session, how they got on thumbs up, down, meh.. or a similar.
* The patient can also note
- The weight lifted.
- Duration planned versus the actual time taken.
- Reps suggested by Physio, versus actual complete.
* The patient has the ability to move the session to a different day and can change the order of exercises in a session.
What’s New
Version 2.0
Keep me logged in feature enabled - When you navigate away from the app or even close the app, you are not logged out. When you return to the app, it logged in automatically until you choose to logout.

App keep freezing and won't open, can't see any of the exercises I need to do.

Theory of the app is good but it’s desperately slow and hangs when you try to do certain things. Disappointing
