Version 3.3.55

Adding Bill Estimator, a new feature which will enable customers to see an estimate of their upcoming bill. This will help customers to plan for their upcoming bill amounts.
This will also allow the customer to then submit the meter reading used if they are happy with the estimate.

App and website need work done

The app and website has had an issue for the past few months now. I couldn’t make payments on both as I get an error message every time I try to make payments which leaves me to having to ring them which we all know could take a while before you could actually speak with a human being. what’s the point of having an app and a website that’s not convenient for the customers

App & Web completely unusable

Both app and web causing massive login issues once logged out even if password is correct. Have tried to clear cache and cookies from customer service agents suggestion but did not help one bit.
Have not been able to make payment via app for months now and having to call to make a payment every time which takes up much of my day. App and web are both completely unusable, can’t access own account details, billing etc to make payment, literally just relying on blind trust of calling an agent till someone picks up to make the payment without the bill in front of me, extremely poor app, poor service, terrible and very disappointed especially having been a long time Airtricity customer.

App is slow, login is a pain

I’ve to agree with the negative reviews, unfortunately: the login experience is awful, as I’ve (as everyone should) a non-trivial unique password, and rely on iCloud password manager that isn’t supported here (crashes the application). Pasting the password doesn’t work either, took me 4 attempts at carefully typing in a long and meaningless text just to get in!
Depending on the time of the day, responsiveness goes from slow to unusable: overall, I see no reason why I should use the app over the website.
