I live over 30 minutes from my nearest large grocery store. Before I started ordering Tesco online, I would make the drive into the city with my wife and kids. It was stressful and would usually take 2+ hours getting everyone ready, into the car, get into the shop, do the shopping, get home and put the groceries away. All with the kids getting restless and grumpy. What I described was when our kids were very young. Now that they are a bit older, I feel like getting that time back every week is even more valuable with them constantly having training, matches, exams etc. the value of online groceries extends past mere convenience. It enables us to have a better lifestyle overall.The app itself is pretty stable. I have only had issues with it 2 or 3 times and that was a couple of years ago. I like that there is now a time estimate on when the delivery will arrive. The search works well, as does the grouping by usual purchases, favourites etc. I love the service.

Not only has tesco now made every single special offer only applicable to clubcard holders, but the app through which you access your clubcard makes the whole process clunky. Ive been using it for the first time this week, and the process of turning on my phone, finding the app and selecting it, then waiting for the app to load and moving from the home page to the clubcard page (I think the clubcard page should be the first thing you see when you open the app so that youre not fumbling with your phone like an idiot at checkout every time) - it’s ridiculous. This would be fine if you could add the clubcard to apple wallet, but I see that this option is NOT available, I presume because tesco wants to encourage you to buy groceries online through the app. Believe it or not, tesco, but the most “convenient” way of buying groceries is not applicable to everyone. I would be so happy to just be able to add my clubcard to my apple wallet so that I can access it in seconds, but instead I am forced to use an app that i only need for one function that needs to operate quickly and seamlessly, and I have grown to resent tesco in the past week. You artificially created this problem for yourselves, I can see myself avoiding going to tesco just to avoid using this ridiculous app.

Please update the app!! I currently rely on Tesco deliveries for my weekly grocery shop and the app is so close to being great but the amount of glitches and bugs it has.. I am constantly logged out, I have also have log in automatically enabled and it has never once worked. If I search for an item and then go into browse products the screen is just white with the Tesco logo and I have to close and restart the app. Sometimes items do not actually add to my basket, or disappear so I have to triple check before I checkout that nothing is missing. It’s well laid out and user friendly so if these things were fixed it would probably be the best grocery shop app that’s available and I would actually enjoy doing my weekly shop. I’d also browse more products and offers but at this point it’s easiest to write a list and just search what’s on the list otherwise I have to constantly restart the app and log in again.Also recently sometimes I can not log in it simply says it does not recognise user despite correct password and email. This is a pain because I use the delivery saver and only order mid week and if it does not work I have to pay to get my order delivered another day

I have only started shopping online since Covid-19 started. So far I have received one delivery and it was great. Everything was correct and the van driver -delivery person was very good and very helpful. However I have one complaint and that is I need my shopping to be delivered every week and at the moment there is a three week delay. Can Tesco not get more staff - drivers and vans and packers? We might be in Lockdown for a while. I’m living with a person who is cacooning and am not in a position to be going out to shop myself that is why I find the online shopping so handy. I’m sure there are loads of people in the same position and we need our shopping at least every 10 days, set what you can do thank you
