Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver 4+

Need to update the maps sign up with Google so you can have satellite image so we can find places as much easier. Also Uber Black needs to be put back to the top of the platform so therefore people will have to bypass Black to get to the cheaper fairs to improve Black needs to be back on top of the platform so when they open up the platform, Black comes up first, that way it was in the past

Forgodsake Lads, please help us with this issue. It’s been insane have to call support every single order for you guys finish them from your end. It’s been time consuming. Moreover every time you call off an order from you end despite we are being paid for them, this os no showing on our screen and not sure it is counting as delivered in our account, and if you want it to count you need to waiting in front of customer house the wait time ends to get finish the order from our side. what if we need to claim something? One more thing not least, every single order you cancel we are not getting paid for tips, some of the customers I’ve delivered they usually give tips but how I gonna get paid for them if orders are being cancelled? I’ve deleted and downloaded the app many times, but it didn’t work, today was the last day I’ve tried it! Please help us ASAP!

First off let me say I HATE giving companies one star reviews, but this has been going on for way too long and with no help from the support team.

I reached out on the 12th of October regarding my balance which is suppose to be paid every Monday, right?
They delayed it and it showed (payout 19/10) and I was wondering why since my bank account details are ACTIVE, so no fault on the banks side - I said fine, I reached out and got absolutely NO help on the app, Twitter, messenger, phone number etc.

Now it’s the 19th and the balance says payout is due the following Monday that’s on the 26th.

I’ve been running late on bills, loans, you name it.
I’m considering switching to another carrier company as this has caused me and my family enormous stress as I depend on UberEats as a stimulus to my salary.

I never had this issue before and now it’s just being delayed week after week with no payout just a balance. I hoped this issue would be resolved if someone genuinely reached out - but the customer/partner service is terrible.

For a company that’s trying to revolutionize outdated industries it sure has outdated service providers.
