Great app - a suggestion to make even better

I’d like to see how the app can keep a simple annualized record for the policy owner of all the expenses claimed and refunded in every tax year by all parties on the policy to allow for an efficient calculation for an annual tax return. My wife and 20-year old son are on our family policy but have to use their own separate VHI app to make claims. The policy holder needs to go to VHI online for each family member on the policy, use 2FA for each family member, look up every claim or benefit statement individually, and add up manually to claim tax relief on any expense amounts not refunded by VHI. Not a great customer journey!

Don’t trust appointment system on VHI swiftcare clinics

I made an appointment as a premium member of VHI. I have been a member for well over 30 years. My appointment was for 7pm today I phoned before 5 but told I had to wait until 7 which I did By 735 I was still not seen, one nurse was nice & give me Panadol at 720 but the other nurse Liz was not so nice she ( liz) said that a child had come in just now I said I didn’t care all I wanted to know had this child an appt before me ( she was rude & said I shouldn’t ask her such questions) (I was fairly sure as a man was seen carrying a child entered the building at 734) indeed I met presumably the mother & a daughter (sister of the said injured child) arriving as I was leaving at 747. I decided to leave & not make an appt for Monday am as encourage’s by nurse liz to do - the nurses wanted go home I’d imagine ) Anyhow I left as I could not be told (even an estimate) how long I’d have to wait ( there were two sick people to be seen before me excluding the child in question. I told the receptionist that I was leaving & she suggested that she make another appointment for me - obviously all working off the same hymn sheet - put me off until early Monday when they were not busy so they could go home at 8) I hope this review makes up the mind of people who are thinking of leaving VHI

Feedback VHI App

The VHI App is quite good. However, there is still a lot of róin for improvememts, such as to Make it more user-friendly and easier to manage and selection of the different categories under selecting your type of treatment etc, there is so many options / areas it is difficult at times to even find… select the correct treatment thst you should be selecting so ensure your claim is submitted correctly and accurately.
It really needs to be broken down better for your patients / users.

Also, the VHI should be much more user-friendly for the Vision Impaired, who are patients / clients of VHI and paying a lot of money annually to have health insurance with VHI.

The online version and the VHI App version could be much better and vision impaired and user-friendly for everyone to have larger font sizes, clear font, have different colour schemes throughout the site and app. It should have a talking version / option so it can be read out to your patients / clients.

Uploading receipts / photos can be issues there with sizing or image type etc. This should be much better and easier.

A full overview should be done for the VHI online website and VHI App.

Please take all these suggestions and idea’s on board as I took the time to complete this.
I would appreciate if these improvements can be done as soon as possible.
