It’s so concierges and easy
I love using WorldRemit as it goes straight to the bank account. Especially during the Covid19 restriction my family could still receive the transfer. The charge is not that bad either. I also love the WhatsApp txt confirmation when the transaction is processed and in the individual’s bank account. I would highly recommend WorldRemit. Excellent customer service.
Terrible service and unhelpful customer support
I have sent money using World Remit a few times over the last few years successfully. However, in the last few months they have changed their service saying that I needed to provide multiple layers of identity verification to continue using the service. After going through all of these steps I tried to resume using the service but started getting transactions cancelled. When I contacted customer service they told me that they couldn’t help and asked if I’d consider reading the 100 or so page “terms and conditions” online and figure out why I can’t make transfers. They were rude and absolutely no help suggesting I find my own answer as to why the service is having issues instead of investigating themselves.

Not good
There’s some serious problems with this app , for example I opened a ticket about 4 months ago which was resolved and wanted to open a new ticket but all I can see is the old ticket and I can’t delete it so I now can’t open another , also have a transfer pending for 8 days not gone through yet , keep getting texts saying they know there’s a problem but still not resolved , am waiting for either a refund or the transfer to go through , I ended up sending it with western union and it went through in 10 min 🤷🏼♂️.
I have used this app many times before with no problems just seems that there’s a lot of problems lately
