これまでのように、現場で撮影した写真を事務所に戻ってから報告書を作成する必要はありません。
予め用意してあります10種類のフォーマットから選択して撮影した写真を挿入するだけの簡単作業で、どなたでも現場から報告書を送信できます。受信した報告書は、Excelファイルなので、修正も簡単にできます。
業務スピード・品質を格段に向上させ、しかも正確・タイムリーに報告することが可能となります。
【主な機能と特長】
■どなたでも簡単操作
日頃お使い慣れたExcelファイルをそのままiphone/iPad端末で表示。
フォーマットの写真枠をタッチするだけでカメラが起動し、撮影した写真を自動的に挿入。
慣用語句はプルダウンメニューから選択するだけ。
日付は、ログイン日を自動表示（カレンダーで修正も可能）
作成した報告書は、「保存」ボタンを押すだけでExcelファイルとして指定宛先にメール送信。
