Align EHS is an environmental, health, and safety management app that helps construction organizations go beyond compliance to manage their safety procedures on the jobsite and improve their safety performance.
This product offers a portfolio of 7 easy-to-use safety solutions that enable users to complete safety tasks in the field, including OSHA-based inspections, training, JSAs, and more. For administrators, the Align EHS cloud portal provides access to safety performance data and reporting from all field users, as well as the ability to manage user roles, permissions, active job sites, and more. Align EHS arms your frontline workers with the tools they need to operate safer and empowers decision makers with accurate, real-time data to effectively promote safer operations and company culture.
* Inspections - Generate and submit safety checklist inspections and audits
* Training - Record ToolboxTalks or safety meetings and assign attendees
* Incidents - Report work related incidents
* Observations - Submit ‘one-off’ negative or positive safety observations
* Job Safety Analysis (JSA) - Create job safety task sequences
* Safety Scan - Inspect equipment or asset items using assigned QR codes
* Forms - Complete and submit assigned form checklists
To utilize Align EHS to its full capacity, certain device settings are required:
Location services for precise GeoTag capabilities
Allowing camera and gallery access to take photos, photo storage and retrieval
Device contacts access to send reports
Please note: This application works in conjunction with the cloud Align platform. In order to log in and use this application, you must have a Align Platform subscription, and credentials setup by your administrator.
