SUCH a good app, I use it every time I’m running and it helps me A LOT, it can tell you when you finish your kilometre and when you start, it gives you little motivation kicks, it can give you basically any information you want. Also, you can rate your run and compare it later, there’s so much more to this app I just can’t say it all here. It’s really great, I hope more people will download it. The best running app I’ve ever seen

Apple Watch doesn’t sync properly

I love Runkeeper, been using it for years.
Lately, I started using Runkeeper on Apple Watch, and a significant part of the activities don’t sync properly with iPhone, whether if it’s that the activity doesn’t even appear on the iPhone, or if it’s that it won’t show my route on the map. But the worst bug is when it says the activity’s time is exactly 00:00.
It’s very frustrating, because it ruins my stats on fastest runs, and I can’t even change that because users can’t edit the activity time.

Please, fix these bugs as soon as you can, because they are very big ones.

What are your New Year plans?

I have just got an email from you with the subject “ What are your New Year plans?” and it’s almost what I wanted to ask you.

What are you new plans?

It’s look like you stopped improving the app.

Here are some suggestions:
- Fix some bugs. The most annoying one is the lost of data that happens all the time. Another one is the high HR at the beginning of some runs (I have tried to see if it happens in other apps. It doesn’t).
- Provide more advanced statistics (look at Strava for ideas).
- Provide more personalized running plan. You have so many information about us, use it to help us build very accurate plan that really helps us to achieve our goals and not the generic plans you are currently providing.

There few features that I do like in your app (this is the reason I pay for the Go) but I expected the app to improve over time and at least fix the bugs it has but looks like you do not care 😕
