The app on my Iphone doesn’t get past the load screen and nothing happens further.
It used to work for 2 years and then suddenly - eternal load screen
Tried to reinstall endless amount of time, not even the issue of account, everything works fine on the other device, I’ve tried.
Please help

They canceled a transfer due to "technical issues". My bank released the money, but since the transfer was canceled by Bit, the money is nowhere to be found - not on the person I directed the transfer and also not on my bank account. Every representative I've spoken on the phone yelled at me, nobody knows or understand basic English, and apparently they also lie about opening a request for a Supervisor Callback. Three different reps told me a Sup called me 3 times and send me SMS since I didn't answer. This is a lie - today a Supervisor confirmed that nobody actually called me (had to stay in the line for an hour and a half to actually speak to someone). Don't use this app, it's a total SCAM and I will be filling a lawsuit about the money they STOLE me. They are not willing to fix the issue they created for me or to provide me with the necessary information to me, or to my bank account or my credit card company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Useless customers service, won’t download this app again. My account was blocked, when I called to understand why it’s actually was blocked they told me that I changed my number. Well here is the thing I have not changed my number over 2 years and I don’t have any different numbers, also they can’t give me the phone number that was registered under my ID and also they can’t remove this number so I could use the app. This is not a clever operation system things like that are happening so what?! now I can’t use this app ? Very foolish! Thank you very much for you “support “.
