Why Cabana?

- Personalized live group coaching: Connect with peers in professionally-moderated small groups. Our moderators will coach you on a variety of wellness topics, personalizing the content to your unique needs. 98% of our members report feeling better after attending a live group.

- Private: Sign up with your personal or work email. Either way, we never share your name or any identifying information with your employer. When you join a group, you will select an alias, and our group discussions are never recorded. You can even change the sound of your voice if you would like.

- Guided microlearning in 5 minutes or less: Every day we give you short-form content designed to help you build your emotional and mental wellbeing toolkits. We know that you're busy, so 85% of our content take 5 minutes or less, and can be done on your own time.
