Dear ChatGPT Development Team,

My name is Slava, and I’ve been using your service for a while now, for which I’m paying, expecting to receive the full and high-quality experience. However, lately, I’ve encountered an issue that’s been disrupting my interactions with ChatGPT.

No matter the topic — whether it’s weather, political conflicts, or everyday questions — ChatGPT suddenly “shuts down” and tells me that its settings do not allow it to discuss the topic. This even happens in situations where there’s nothing sensitive or problematic about the conversation. It feels like the restrictions in place are overly rigid and prevent a full and natural dialogue.

I’d like to see this issue resolved, as I expect to receive a quality and uninterrupted service, for which I am paying. It would be great if you could review the settings and provide more flexibility in the topics allowed for discussion.

I hope you are doing well. I’m an active user of the ChatGPT application and I greatly enjoy my experience with it. However, I have a few suggestions that I believe could make the application even more beneficial:

1. Image Sharing: It would be great if I could share images along with the text I request from the application. This would enhance my ability to interact more effectively.
2. Search History: Improving the searchability of previous messages would be useful for easy reference to past conversations.
3. Language Support: Increasing language support to provide a better experience for users who speak different languages.

4. Link Sharing: Adding the ability to share links in the conversation would be a valuable feature. This would make the application even more versatile and practical for users.

And finally,
At some point in the past, I asked the application about its opinion on a purely humanitarian issue, which is the issue of the Palestinians and the attacks they are being subjected to by the Israelis. He answered me in a way that was biased in favor of the Israelis. I got angry with him and told him that you cannot erase the suffering of an entire people for 75 years or more. We entered into a heated discussion, and frankly, I got upset with him.

Thank you very much for developing this fantastic application, and I’m excited to see potential improvements in the future. Thanks in advance for listening to user suggestions.

The app is often laggy when compared to the web version, often having an error when trying to give a response, different errors appear at different time, the beta features like the web search and voice conversations need improvement, the web search at worst case just can’t find an answer which is fine, but voice conversations as of now at least keeps getting cut off mid word, unable to really finish a sentence coherently and fully, ChatGPT is absolutely perfect in English, but in other less used languages like Hebrew it conjugates completely incorrectly, also, after a few prompts it often forgets previous instructions.

This is all okay considering that it is still a developing technology
