تطبيق ELAMS Mobile هو نسخه الجوال لنظام ELAMS الويب والهدف منه هو تمكين المستخدمين من استعراض المعلومات والبيانات الخاصه بالاراضي والممتلكات بالاضافه للاستفاده من بعض الوظائف والأدوات والخدمات بالنظام المؤسسي لاداره الاراضي والممتلكات مثل وظائف الزياره الميدانيه للاراضي ورفع الصور والتحقق من حاله وتوافر الخدمات بالمواقع وفق طلبات منتج التقييم الفيزيائي والاقتصادي للمواقع ، ووظيفه التحقق من اكمال البناء وفق متطلبات منتج التوثيق العقاري, بالاضافه للعديد من الوظائف والادوات المساعده والتي يتم تحديثها بشكل مستمر وفق خارطة طريق منتجات نظام ELAMS
