Worst Esim, I do not recommend.
Tried to reach the tech team few times and they did try to help, sometimes the internet is working but most of the time- its not working. I was stuck in a high way for too many hours with having a internet and spent too much money for buying more and more internet because that was the problem (as the tech team said) and still- the internet wasnt fixed and in some point they stop answering me. My experience was the worst. I do not recommend this company.

בדקנו את החשבון שלך וראינו שרכשת שלוש חבילות במשך שלושה שבועות, אם האינטרנט לא היה עובד לא הייתה סיבה שתחדשי פעמיים אחרי. פנית לתמיכה וביקשת פיצוי והחזר כספי על "עוגמת נפש" שנגמרה לך החבילה באמצע כביש מהיר כי את לא רצית לרכוש חבילה נוספת אחרי שההתראה שהחבילה הולכת להיגמר התקבלה. כמו תמיד אנו מתחייבים לתת את השירות הטוב והמהיר ביותר לכל דבר נוסף נשמח לענות בצ'ט האפליקציה
