The support is kind of ok , but the vpn is not working in China I use many vpn in china and in the world but ExpressVPN is the most bad I ever see in my life , I’m pretty sure all the good reviews that they have in the internet it’s paid review , this vpn all the time try to connect and drop the support not have any solution for that , instead to use the time to be in the internet I play most of the time to try to connect, I buy it because I see good review and I need it only for 2 weeks for people who need to buy vpn I recommend to buy Astrill or other vpn but don’t even go close to ExpressVPN this not vpn it’s a scam to take the 1 month payment , most of the time it’s fight with the vpn to connect and when it’s connect then not have internet , too bad they don’t say before the order that it’s not work in China as it complete unuseful , if someone need vpn for China try astrill but not express vpn

It’s decently fast when it works, but it almost never does. It constantly disconnects, and as such, blocks me from accessing the internet, services continuously think that I’m in the UK even though I’ve selected Israel as the location, many safety services (like Cloudflare) blocked this VPN’s IP addresses, meaning I can’t even use it for many websites… it’s just awful. I only got it because so many different websites said it was the best VPN on the market, but I’m beginning to think they paid them to say that because it’s so disgustingly bad. Avoid at all cost!

It’s decently fast when it works, but it almost never does. It constantly disconnects, and as such, blocks me from accessing the internet, services continuously think that I’m in the UK even though I’ve selected Israel as the location, many safety services (like Cloudflare) blocked this VPN’s IP addresses, meaning I can’t even use it for many websites… it’s just awful. I tried to get refund on the same day that i downloaded the app (wasn't satisfied) but it was practically impossible. Then i have completely forgot about it and now i have realized that i have been paying for this app for the last three months and didn’t even used it… but it is very difficult to understand how to unsubscribe and it seems that deleting credit card details is also impossible
