Frustrating experience

I’m pretty new to Freshdesk and took me a while to figure out most or at least some of the functionality of it, I’ve found that Freshdesk is suitable for my needs after getting a suggestions , but here everything start to get complex , i was on free trial sprout plan, after i set up all the links, can response etc… i got confused i have a lot of work with multiple emails i need to sync between, i forgot the URL to log in to my freshdesk account, went to procedure to recover my log in details, this is where everything gets completed even after i click on “forgot password” the system shows me a notification message “an email with details has been sent to reset the pw, “ but i received nothing, and when i contact freshdesk supplier team it feels like your communicating with a wall, 48 hours for a response, and i keep getting the same question method, “can you prodvide us with the Account URL?”
now come on, people are using your app/software to run their business and the best you can do is 48 hours to get a response, it’s now 3 days since first email, still no updates.

Support

Performance issues- for example delete of contact is very slow
Cache issues - logout from different account and new sign in still has items related to the previous account. Remove and reinstall only resolve the issue.
Notifications stuck- on iOS red notification counter on app icon does not clear
