This release adds the ability to attach documents and files to tickets. We have added a manual refresh button to the settings screen, the ability to sort the comments in a ticket, and we have improved the tag adding feature. We have also made our app available in six new languages: Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese. Try it out and let us know what you think. We’d love to hear your feedback.

Mobile version not helpful
Though the desktop version is pretty neat and complete, the mobile version leaves you with a lot of issues:
• Unfortunately the templates (macros) aren’t recognized through the mobile version.
• You cannot merge tickets, and many times people does not have the laptop with them 24/7.
You guys should start listening to your clients and be more open mind. Because “tags” within the new update, aren’t relevant for many of us.
Ofc just saying a constructive criticism.

Thank you for the feedback. If you are having issues with Macros on our app, could you raise a ticket with Zendesk support and we'll happily take a look for you?
In relation to merge tickets, this feature is available inside the app, tap on 'Edit' inside the ticket list, choose your tickets you want to merge and then tap the 'Merge' icon on the bottom menu bar. You'll be prompted to enter the ticket you want to merge these tickets into and have the option to add a comment to the tickets when you merge also.
