Mobile version not helpful

Though the desktop version is pretty neat and complete, the mobile version leaves you with a lot of issues:

• Unfortunately the templates (macros) aren’t recognized through the mobile version.
• You cannot merge tickets, and many times people does not have the laptop with them 24/7.

You guys should start listening to your clients and be more open mind. Because “tags” within the new update, aren’t relevant for many of us.

Ofc just saying a constructive criticism.

Thank you for the feedback. If you are having issues with Macros on our app, could you raise a ticket with Zendesk support and we'll happily take a look for you?

In relation to merge tickets, this feature is available inside the app, tap on 'Edit' inside the ticket list, choose your tickets you want to merge and then tap the 'Merge' icon on the bottom menu bar. You'll be prompted to enter the ticket you want to merge these tickets into and have the option to add a comment to the tickets when you merge also.

New changes

Hi ZD,
Guys why are you keep making it hard for us to use your app? The desktop/web application one is great, and it’s the little things here and there (search option for all fields as an example) that makes the experience easier.
In every new version, you don’t add/fix features, no, you remove them so you force us to think multiple time before even opening your app.
I don’t know what is going on with you, but I believe the desktop product manager need to advise on the mobile application.

Should we continue working with you? I don’t know…
