HAAT 4+

App works great and has lots of food options, but technically it lacks convenience in payments, apple pay should be added as soon as possible 👍

I recently had a disappointing experience with HAAT Delivery while trying to order a family meal. After placing the order through the Haat application, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that they do not work with Haat and asked me to cancel the order. This was frustrating, as I had specifically chosen the restaurant through the app.

Within minutes of canceling, I received a call from a HAAT representative, who explained that the restaurant doesn’t operate on Fridays. While I appreciate the clarification, it would have been helpful if this information was provided upfront on the app itself.

Seeking further assistance, I contacted the customer support via chat, where a representative named Malak responded. Malak explained that each restaurant has its own rest day, but I couldn’t help but feel that this information should have been more easily accessible when browsing through the options on the app.

Overall, my experience with HAAT Delivery left me frustrated and inconvenienced. The lack of clear information and communication about the restaurant’s operating hours, coupled with the fact that I had to cancel my order, is disappointing. As a result, I cannot recommend the HAAT application for food delivery services.

I have ordered multiple times from haat, sadly this app has a problem with updating stores opening hours. I have ordered more than 5 times on 5 different occasions only to get my ordered canceled because the store is “closed”. Customer service calls after 40 min + from placing the order to update the customer , sometimes even after all other stores have been closed.
Delivery fees are super expensive reaching up to 30 shekels per delivery, other delivery apps charge third of their price.
Good food selection but sadly very bad service.
