I recently downloaded the 2Number app with high hopes of having crystal clear calls and a reliable second phone number. While the app does deliver on its promise of providing excellent call quality, I have encountered a major issue that has left me disappointed.Unfortunately, I have been unable to receive any calls through the app. Several clients have informed me that when they try to reach me, they receive a message stating that my phone number does not exist. This is incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the app's functionality.It is disheartening to see that the people behind this app are providing such subpar service. It seems as though they are neglecting the fact that no one is able to reach me, despite the content on their website suggesting otherwise. It is disappointing to have such high expectations shattered by a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.I would caution others considering this app to be aware of its limitations. While the call quality may be excellent, the inability to receive calls is a significant drawback that cannot be overlooked. It is essential for app developers to prioritize functionality and ensure that their services align with the promises made on their website.

Tricky way to charge you more and more.

You get a free trial, but for a short time. You do not provide a credit card, and this is the first trick. If you do not cancel your free trial subscription you will be automatically charged via AppStore till you cancel initially and this is the second trick. If you delete an account your subscription still be valid and charged, this is the third trick. You have no any button or explanation at the application how to delete the subscription. I just searched at Google! You should cancel via your subscriptions at phone settings. Be careful, I lost money by this marketing way.
Not possible to try and use without entering credit card

They want me to enter payment info and going to charge me around $8 a week after 3 days of free usage. Unfortunately this is pain in known place to unsubscribe later, and they don’t allow to even see next screens and try how it feels like inside the app without making subscription. I and many users who I know - hate such behavior and we’ll continue leaving 1 point feedbacks to all similar apps that we will find in future in appstore.

Our app offers a free trial with all premium features included. You can start a free and cancel it in iTunes Subscriptions. Please note that App subscriptions will automatically be renewed if they are not canceled more than 24 hours before renewal date. You can cancel the app subscription in your iTunes Settings (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). You can also follow these steps to cancel your App Store subscription: 1)Start "Settings" app on your Home Screen; 2)Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap 'View Apple ID' button; 3)Scroll the screen down and tap 'Subscriptions' button; 4)Tap the subscription you want to cancel; 5)Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button. If you don't have 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over.
