I attended this app to practice my French. I found a great teacher that made learning a great fun! The app is very simple to navigate and very supportive in keeping the information of the lesson. If something doesn’t fit refunds are made easily and quickly

For me, the fact that it is taking the prices up every few month is annoying. I am a student for over a year and the price went up by more than a 100% in 1 year. Everything else is good though. But money plays a big part of my choice to study online and prepay should not raise the prices that much. Update- 9.2.25- again the price are going up - this time it is fees that are added to all kinds of transactions. Yea, I am thanking the App in a big way for studying but HELLO
Developer Response

Your concerns are important to us, and we'll share them with our team. We're glad to hear you're otherwise satisfied and appreciate your continued support.
DISAPPOINTED

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Preply. I had to cancel my subscription due to unavoidable personal and family circumstances and fully expected a refund for the remaining balance. Instead, Preply refused to issue a refund and left the amount as credit on my account. The issue is that this credit simply sits there with no option to retrieve my money. I do not intend to use the platform anymore, and keeping my funds locked in the form of credit feels unfair and unacceptable.I believe users should be aware of this policy before subscribing.
Developer Response
We appreciate your feedback and regret your disappointment with the cancellation and refund process. We understand your concerns about having funds in credit. Please contact our support team at support@preply.com to discuss your situation further with the reason for the refund.
Good but lacking

The app is OK to use for video lessons and information. But some features that you have on the website version are either unavailable or I were really hard to find.Furthermore, once you set up a payment, you have to commit to a x-times per month subscription, and though you can freeze or cancel at any time easily, you can't pay for hours as you wish so it makes it hard to be flexible.
Developer Response
Hello there! We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are working hard to improve the Preply experience. Please share the details of your issue with us via support@preply.com, and we will assist you further. Our support works 24/7.
The app just got better - your lessons can, too. Download the latest version of our app.
