Charged without notice, refund refused

I signed up for a small trial charge and decided not to continue — the app was not what I expected. I was then charged 145 ILS for an automatic renewal with no prior notification. When I contacted support requesting a refund, they refused and closed the chat. There is no clear cancellation option in the app, and the subscription is not managed through the App Store. Misleading billing practices and poor customer service.

Dear Ornament Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for the health and nutrition plan I purchased through your app.Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service. The app does not support Hebrew as expected, the information is confusing and unclear, and overall it feels misleading compared to what was promised.Given these issues, I believe it is only fair to receive a full refund for the recent charge. The charge occurred because the service was activated as a subscription after the initial offer, which then renewed automatically.
