After every assignment I have technical problems

After each new batch of learned words in the “Words” section, the app tells me that my character no longer exists and has been deleted, and that I need to choose a new one. I press OK, and then it asks me to set my interests again, take the test, and say how I found out about the app. Then comes the question about the paid version — I press “Restore,” and the whole cycle starts over. I learn some words, and it happens again… It’s extremely frustrating to have to go through this every time and waste so much time, especially considering I’m paying for access to the app.

I really enjoy the app, it really helps me to improve my English, but the problem is that I can't record myself, even after I approved a microphone and voice recognition in the settings, it still shows me that it doesn't hear me even though I speak loudly, I would really appreciate it if you take it to the intersection Please and fix this problem. And that's the only reason I take off stars!
