A loyal player of the game
I really like the game and I'm playing it for a very long time (since 2022) and enjoying playing the game ever since.But the new update that has been released today is honestly horrible, the placement of the buttons are so annoying and uncomfortable, I don't understand why would you change a good design that is convenient and easy to reach, it really makes my playing experience annoying and frustrating.Also, I couldn't use the X4 energy button, I don't know why but it didn't work at all. I really love this game and I don't wanna quit playing due to those reasons. I would be very happy to receive an answer from you, thank you very much🙏🏻

SOOO IMPORTANT
I’ve been playing this game foralmost two years now, and I have to say that I’ve really loved it. It’s been such a fun and engaging experience, and I keep coming back to it. However, I’ve noticed that over time, the game has started to feel more and more childish. The colors, the items, and even the overall design seem to be getting more cartoonish and less refined with each update.I really miss the way the game used to be – it had a more balanced and mature aesthetic that made it enjoyable for a wider audience. I feel like the direction it’s taking now might alienate some of its older players. Please consider bringing back the style and vibe the game had before.Thank you for an amazing game, but I hope these changes can be taken into account to make it even better.

The challenges come too often. I never get a chance to play the main board. Why am I no longer able to buy storage space. I have lots of coins and hardly anything to use them on. Is there a way to scroll through the temporary storage at the bottom so I can use what I need and not clutter the main board to access them?

I have been playing this game for almost 2 years and I was originally really intrigued by the story. It has ended up being a cookie cutter family friendly story and not at all what was advertised when the game went viral. We finally got into the mansion and still nothing exciting or as dramatic as what we were led to expect. The areas have become increasingly hard with more of a push for paid events which now take up a large amount of screen real estate.You now need to have higher level objects with no real reward beyond slowly inching to the next area. Chests are impossible to come by and items are impossible to level up unless you buy them with gems. Sad to see the game going in this direction, originally praised it for how different it was compared to everything on this App Store, now it seems to be adopting the same bad practices. Hopefully they turn it around before they lose more of their fanbase.
