Hi, guys! I have a subscription for a year but my application doesn’t work 😭It shows me “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing”. Please, can you help to fix this. Couse I really use the application very often and always have been satisfied with it.Thank you!

Hello, Sometimes this can happen due to internal Instagram sync issues. In such cases, we recommend that you relogin to your account in the My Feed app.Before that, you may want to create a backup version to save all changes you made. To create a backup:1. open the My Feed app → 2. go to Menu (upper right corner) → 3. go to Backup → 4. follow the instructions to create a copy of the data in three clicks.If you have any questions, please contact us and we will definitely help you: support@bigrowth.io
