I played several months on this game and I spent a lot of money on it. Once I did a purchase that I didn’t mean to do so I asked for a refund only for that particular day and I got a refund! The next day a community admin came to me and told me you got a refund so I’m punishing you for a fraud and banned my account for 2 years without further explanation and a chance to explain myself. So in that case I demand all my money back or unbann my account (hhw8oto). Or I will find an other way to get it back or even a little bit more.Beware good people and don’t spend money on that game cause the Admins are doing whatever they want and don’t talk nice to people. I’m a grown man and not a teenager like most of players so I’m talking this issue very serious and I will not let it go!

Disappointing about support and team members

I’m leaving a disappointing review — the support service is truly disheartening. I made a purchase in the game but never received the item. I reached out to the support team through the official website, but three days have passed without any response. It feels like my money was simply taken without giving anything in return — except frustration.I also contacted one of the team members on Discord, but he showed little interest in helping or even replying. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way as someone who invests in your game and contributes to its growth.

Better games available

One of the worst games I payed. Soldiers just kill you randomly and no one of admins do anything with that. More over. I have screen records and also nothing done to them. But what. They banned me. Don’t download this game. You also loose interest after one weekAlso no way to contact with them except discord, with not working for me. So basically yes one assholles control and do what they want in the game. And we normal players can’t complain.
