Loved it but...

Honestly already stopped using this app, since I don’t trust it anymore after it might have erased all my annotations I made on a 60 page pdf (many many hours of work). And no, I did NOT click on the erase button (which asks for confirmation btw, I checked it) - I say MIGHT HAVE, since it could have been an iCloud issue. But that’s impossible for me to know. But I DO know that I SOLELY used this App for PDF annotations on that specific PDF at the time so that seems to be what caused it, since no other PDFs where damaged (who where also synced through iCloud). Also every time I make a specific search the app crashes. Already tried to do all the things written on your help desk site (re-install, hard/ soft reset device etc etc) but to no avail at all, it crashes instantly on iPhone and iPad alike. I’m writing you this anyways as it might prevent other clients of yours losing their work and maybe you’ll be able to gain my trust back... because overall I did enjoy it in the past. Also, it would be practical if it had a feature (free that is..;) for right-binding so I’ll be able to scroll from right to left on RTL documents like PDF Viewer has (but they want a monthly/ yearly premium for that feature though, which isn’t really worth it.. I’ll keep scrolling vertically in the meantime). So if you could offer that for free it would make a great differentiator of your competition. But of course that’s of no importance if the reliability issue isn’t taken care of.

Good app but too many crashes

This is a very good app which I use all the time.However, every couple of months it starts to crash more often then not, until an update is released that temporarily deals with the bugs. (By temporary I mean that it seems that as soon as the IOS is updated, the app is no longer compatible)

I use iPhone so I download songs and read PDFs very simply in there! The PDF stays just at where you stopped. I hope That I can benefit from more of the app’s functions in the future! God bless you all!

I use iPhone so I download songs and read PDFs very simply in there! The PDF stays just at where you stopped. I hope That I can benefit from more of the app’s functions in the future! God bless you all!
