Well, it's time to say the truth and it's not so good

I am a huge fan of this app, it made runs better, but unfortunately not because of the app itself but because of the guided runs.
There are too many issues which pops up on a longer runs (I run with the GPS version of series 4)
1. The app constantly crushing when running for more than two hours. It takes forever to start the app again and until it starts you loose the distance you run.
2. The apps responsiveness is really really bad, the interaction with the app just so much frustrating. Especially when the battery level is lower than 40%.
3. "My couch" feature is not flexible at all. When you have a traning plan you cannot edit it at all, if you missed a training you cannot go back and complete it that's annoying. I wish to be able to complete all the training even if I wasn't able to run for the couple of weeks.
4. I wish I could start and pause the run by double tapping the screen instead of swiping and navigating with sweat finger during or after the run.
Hope someone will read this and maybe the app will be improved.

Amazing!

This app improved fitness, my health and my life. I never thought I’d be able to run more then 3 minutes in a row, now I run 60 without a problem. With some motivation from my family and friends, the guidance of the app and a lot of effort and hard work I’m happy now. I’m so glad and thankful to the people in my life for always pushing me forward and never giving up on me and to myself for continuing even when it was hard. I don’t know where I would have been today if I didn’t use Nike running club, so thank you so much🙂.

Bug with apple music

Hi! I found out that the playlist chosen for workout from the Apple Music library must be downloaded to the phone, though the NRC app offers to choose a playlist from a whole collection.

Whenever I choose a playlist which is not downloaded, several bugs occure:
1. Music is not playing
2. Coach’s speech is not speaking
3. Buttons in the app like ‘pause’ ‘continue’ and ‘stop’ are not active and sometimes are even do not appear completely like an animation got stuck in the middle of process.

These things happen repeatedly either my i-phone 7 is on a 4g network or a wifi. I have all the updates and tried to reinstall both apps.

Sometimes the workout stops and the app quits. Restarting the app brings you to the beginning of a workout with the same bugs and issues which is frustrating when you are on the run because in-app buttons don’t respond. But I’m not sure that these bugs have a concern to the Apple Music issue, for a proper test I need to start and stop and quit and start over again running workouts in real conditions to exclude other reasons like poor GPS coverage.
