Airbnb, your service is indefensible, marked by a complete lack of responsiveness to customer concerns, poor communication, and a distressing absence of empathy. The vacation I just concluded under Airbnb's purview was not only marred by dissatisfaction but also had a profound and detrimental impact on my well-being. Your lack of assistance only intensified the negative experience, emphasizing the urgent need for a comprehensive reevaluation of Airbnb's customer service approach.The subpar standards maintained by Airbnb demand an immediate overhaul. Enduring a prolonged lack of hot water for two and a half out of the three days in an Italian setting is not merely inconvenient but deeply unacceptable. Returning to chilly conditions after exhaustive days without a proper shower, due to Airbnb's negligence, is not just ludicrous but emotionally and physically taxing.The paltry offer of 30% compensation reflects poorly on Airbnb's commitment to genuine customer satisfaction. This response is inadequate given the severity of the situation. Anticipate the lowest rating and a scathing critique from me. Following the shocking response I received, any positive expectation I may have had for Airbnb is now nonexistent. I demand not only compensation from the property owner but also a meaningful redressal from Airbnb to rectify the deplorable attitude I've encountered under your corporate banner.

The level of service provided by the ambassador team is not accepted! I had to talk to the team in multiple different conversations, and none of the previous cases from the same stay were brought to the attention of the team. Every new conversation I had to explain myself and remind to support team of the case. I was promised a 10% compensation, and then we even discussed 30% of the “impacted nights”, and eventually, none of those promises were fulfilled. The host and the apartment level of maintenance were very low, and getting him to fix the staff was frustrating. I will never use this app again, especially when I know that this app is not taking care of its customers. Very not recommended
