I’ve been using this app for half a year now and I can say it’s what I’ve been looking for, however one option is lacking for me, the option that once you edit the album you can make the album covers larger so it doesn’t go by a line but like an actual albums. Please add this option but besides that I’m satisfied!

I’ve been a big fan of this app for a long time i’ve had it for a couple of years now up until recently I had very little to complain about, however after getting my new phone for some reason all the photos did not transfer like they normally do. I’ve switch phones three or four times and they never had a problem with this before in fact I was impressed at how well it kept everything intact, this time however everything was gone and when I sent an email to the app developer I never received a response, finally I had to manually airdrop thousands of photos which took me hours to do. Bc of this i am not happy at all with this app. For an app that deals with photos the first priority should always be to keep the photos safe. Secondly I really didn’t like the way the “support” was basically nonexistent. Lastly The biggest reason I have this app and I would still choose it over other ones is because it’s a one time payment. I can’t stand apps they try to charge you month to month. That concept is ridiculous. Any way very dissatisfied with my last experience. Hope that changes.

I love this app because it's easy to use. I'm writing this review because I can't recover my password because the app sends a copy of my password but I get nothing on my email. You tried to contact you on your email but no one answers! 😔 please Can you help me ?

I have been using this app for how many years. And i find it very good. But a problem encountered last week, when i open my app, i was shock because my 4 albums disappeared. The only left was the main album. Can you help me how to recover my albums and lits of photos in it?
