I love shopping with AliExpress. Shipping is fast and whenever necessary AliExpress steps in with great efficiency. Lately I have been having problems with CHOICE orders. Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount. However whenever I place such an order I cannot complete the purchase “for security reasons”. Only by splitting up the order and paying for shipment do I get to complete the transaction. Definitely a bug that need to be taken care of. The suggested solutions received from customer care have not resolved the problem! IT AND QA - PLEASE HELP!!!Still having the same problem with Choice orders…. Will only ship if I split the order and pay for what is supposed to be free shipping

Item description and Tracking issues

In spite of paying for traceable parcel it is ignored by merging orders or using non existing tracking numbers for their choice of carriers . They are carriers like Exelot that use a local Israeli distributor PAKALOT that is losing parcel and is unreachable. Our web is full with customer that complain about their service. They are some vendors that unwilling misleading with the item description and quantities, I believe because of culture and language translation gaps. I hope that in the future a reminder will be incorporated to warn when the protection expired at least 5 days ahead. They are some vendors that answer late or ignore. You have to improve the App for better monitoring multiple orders The app should have a lagger of the purchases done stating date and amount. The sellers should pack the items in a secure manner (rigid bubble bag) because recently items disappeared (via holes)on the way in combined delivery and when opening a dispute nothing can be shown because the main package arrived but inside small package are missing.Best regards

I do wish the reviews had a date on, so I know when it was written. Also I don’t understand the whole ‘my picks’ list thing, and wish I could just add the items to my cart with the rest of the things I wanna purchase. Overall, I ordered a couple of times from ally express, most of the packages come quickly and not expensive so it’s just fun to try and makes it easier for me. Some of the items are a better quality, some are less, depending on the seller. I do wish ally express took responsibility for packages that haven’t even arrived that the seller wouldn’t refund even though I never got that package. I was told by the seller to contact the postal office in my country to find where the package is, but when I talked to them they said they don’t even get packages with this kind of number. Anyway, hope that wouldn’t happen again that is why I gave 4 stars, Thank you!
