At first I could not check in to my flight, only at the airport I understood the flight was 20 people overbooked, then had no way to get a reimbursement for the alternative flight we had to book as the flight in the following day wasn’t good for us. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Hi. Why you could check-in at our app? The random allocation of seats may have been finished when you try to do it. In that case, we recommend going to the check-in desk in order to get your boarding passes. Sorry for the inconveniences.
