Your app is working great as good as your pizzas! But still, I’m waiting for an update. I have I phone Xs max and your app does not match the resolution. I’m writing this only because I know how good you are at the digital platforms and how leading your brand online. Don’t fall asleep! That’s why we love you and keep ordering pizzas on and on. Actually I’m writing this while I’m waiting for my delivery😊. Good luck Dominos!

Today we ordered one family pizza through the app. As usual, we chose all the additions, including beef meet.
Nevertheless, only after the courrier left, we noticed that the meet was missing.
I called the pizza house (Beit Hakerem, Jerusalem) and they offered me a “gift” for my next order in the future. I did not accept this, in my opinion they committed the error and they should fix it. After all, we wanted to eat simply what we ordered and payed for, this is as simple as this. But unfortunately the level of customer service in Israel is in general very poor and yet very far from most of the ocidental first World countries.
Believe it or not, at the end they agreed to send the right pizza, with the condition that we coukd not touch the original one (the wrong pizza) !!!
In other words, they committed the error and they are worried that WE DO NOT TOUCH THE PIZZA. Instead, we must remain hungry, waiting for their new delivery.

The networking is very slow, the design is horrible, there are multiple types of checkouts, and each one has different settings
1) when you attempt to do a one click order, has its own checkout
2) when you assemble your order, has a different checkout

Why would anyone do that? Each one has a different type of payment selected by default, and I’ve made mistake of paying cash multiple times.

When I do press the One click order, it takes like 10 seconds for the cart to update.

After I complete the order, it shows me a scratch present, sometimes it’s just empty, sometimes it does show a present, but never appears in my presents list (hatavot).

Way too many ads too (buy this buy that) I don’t care about those, when I am using the app, I know exactly what I want and I want to place a quick order and leave as fast as possible.

As I said, one of the worst apps I’ve used. It’s 2023 yet the app looks like it’s still in 2000s.
Invest in a full redevelopment of the app. Dominos is a big company and they can afford hiring better team.
