Better than the website

There’s nothing bad with the websites, but as someone who likes to explore custom made products and specialities (for which Etsy is perfect), the app does far better at recommending items to my specific taste while staying fresh and not repetitive. On the technical side- No issues ever accoured to me, a solid and smooth experience.

Have an issue with the seller and no Etsy support service

Absolutely NO buyer’s protection! It was supposed to be the best birthday present, and turned out to be an absolutely nightmare. I paid for my order (twice for shipping), after a WEEK got a message from the seller that I should pay an extra for the shipping. No explanation or even link for official lot to pay it. Absolutely ignoring my messages, therefore I had to cancel my order and asked to get my money back. No money back for more than 2 weeks already, the seller continues ignoring my messages, and I have no way to solve it - NO Etsy support for such case! Etsy doesn’t want to be responsible for the sellers and such issues! Think twice before buying something on this platform.
