A lot of problems with the orders, arrive much later than promised, send wrong products, canceling orders after 2 hours of waiting. When approaching customer care they don’t even feel they should compensate the client and just say they refund the money for the food I didn’t get. I asked to forward the multiple cases I had to a supervisor and be contacted back, it didn’t happen.They used to have better customer care, right now it’s very poor. I moved to Glovo and UberEats because of that.

Very bad service, the delivery people are not reliable. Some of my items were cancelled and the delivery guy tokk the whole amount of money anyways.Not recommended and my claim was handled very poorly and not professional as they said its not our problem.
