I’m so glad i found this app. It scans great, i compared it with a regular scanners and realized that it’s not only so much faster and simpler but also a better quality for some. And of course i’m grateful that basic very high quality options are available for free. Best scanner app.

Probably the best out there (tried out a ton of them, free and paid). But, it would receive 5 stars if it would enable more editing functions, like: adding blank pages, text editing. Also once’s scanned and uploaded there’s no way to RECROP the files. Also an important feature which is missing is the ability to have all the pages CROPPED to the SAME SIZE!! Especially when scanning books, it really drives me nuts that the pages are of a different size and therefore not filling the screen properlyUpdate (after almost 2 months of intensive use): for regular document scanning it probably still one of the best. But... when it comes to book-scanning it’s still not reliable enough when it comes to auto-cropping the pages. It’s a hit-and-miss, which means there’s a lot (hours, depending on the amount of pages) of work to re-crop everything manually. I even made a special black frame around the book to help the software recognize the edges. For the first pages it seemed to work, but further on it starts to do weird cropping again...Furthermore, a right-binding option is missing.
