I am using this app for a long time and it works ok. The sound is perfect (for both sides) and its very easy to use. down load and Sending the recordings is fast and easy. The only problem I see is that you have to merge the calls so if you get a phone call that you want to record, you need to put the caller on hold, look for the app, activate it and merge the calls. Sometimes it take a long time but you need to get used to it.

I don't quite understand what's going on. This is the third time I am submitting a complaint about a non-working and unstable application. twice I got the same formal answer. Naturally, I tried to perform the above actions with the application - I closed it, opened it, installed the latest version, etc. it didn't work. I don’t understand why I have to pay for a fundamentally non-working application !!! this app is a banal call recorder !!! I must not dial an additional telephone number to record a conversation during a telephone conversation !!! By its function, the application should simply record something when the button is pressed. instead I have to do some kind of manipulation ??? how do you imagine that ??? and for all this I paid the cost of a monthly subscription ??? there is no support on the developer's website. the links lead to the standard "praise" of the "ingenious" application. How can I get a refund for a non-functioning application? or do I need to waste time on a useless visit to the developer's site again? I'm extremely disappointed with the Apple support team.

This app is totally worth paying for. A must have app if you are running your own business.I’ve tried a few free apps, they were all useless and complicated to use... I’m happy I spent the extra buck on this app!The recordings are nice and clear, it’s simple to use and the export feature is very broad

Hi. Usage of the app is far from smooth.. I’ll explain. Usually, wanting to record a call would b that it wld b done secretly (so people will not hold back what they intend to say). Especially problematic to record an incoming call. Since, there is the need to open the app which takes rather a long time.* Then strike the button for the specified line for recording. During all this time One needs to stall the speaker on the other end. Also, in the specific second that both calls merge, occurs a disconnection, and a sound that reveals to the other side of the recording. *To overcome this, I keep the app open all the time. BUT, sometimes it closes. Resulting again w/ the intensity & pressure of time to operate all actions to record this important call. Did U know that the presentation of writing this review is black on black ⁉️👍Tks & rgds,Pls excuse any typos or other mistakes.
