Please make option to choose server automatically based on location and/or ping. This will help to less experienced users in my opinion… Same function exists in iOS private relay for instance.

I was super happy with this VPN. Up until last week when NowTV stopped working with it. It was working for months before. Not sure if NowTV have upped their security but it’s a shame as that’s the only reason I bought the subscription. Want to cancel and they won’t let me as I purchased an annual subscription. Shame as during the free trial all worked fine and of course once you pay then you realise changes can happen throughout the course of the year affecting the ability to watch on some platforms.

The app is easy to use and works perfectly on my Mac, but for some reason it doesn’t work in my IPhone 16 pro, when I connect to the VPN my internet connection just fails and I had to delete the app to re connect I tied multiple times but still the same, sadly I had to cancel my subscription although I really enjoyed using it and it works perfectly on my Mac 😔

Pretty good it gets the job done kinda annoying it keeps disconnecting also annoying that it wants more money for more features on top of what I’m paying also annoying that every streaming platform needs a different location but aside from that it gets the job done good
