I really like using this app. It definitely helps me to organise my life and to be more productive.A few features that are missing and I would like to see:- You can't create folders to organise your tasks. You have to use projects, even though you are not going to put any tasks in them.- There is no option of setting up a deadline for a task. For example, if I want to work on something a week before its deadline, I can only set the date I would like to do the task on, but not the deadline. Setting a deadline option will help me very much.- The "Upcoming" area is not very helpful, and a "Tomorrow" or a "Next Few Days" can be better in my opinion (or in addition to the Upcoming area).That's it. Again - great app and I really reccomend it.

It's a great app in some ways. Sync works perfectly, multi-platform, etc. But there are weird restrictions on how you can do things that I wish they'd just do away with.For example, in the left-hand navigation pane where your projects are listed, you can't see subprojects, so you have to click through a project, and then you have to make sure you're not grouping the todos by, say, due date or priority, but by subproject, or you won't see the subprojects even there. Why have subprojects if you can't easily sort with them and then access them?Another example: You can use labels to add context to your todos across different projects (examples: "home," "contact," "shopping"). But then you can't access your labels in the navigation pane. You have to click through to the "Filters & Labels" section to get to them. Labels are supposed to let you quickly organize todos from across your many projects by context -- i.e., all the todos that can be done from home, all the things I have to buy while out at the mall. They're supposed to speed things up. So hiding them from the top-level navigation pane seems counterproductive. They used to be in the navigation pane, but were hidden in a recent update.And so it goes: When you "favorite" a label (the only way to get it into the navigation pane, but then above everything else), the favorites can only be listed in the order they happen to appear in the labels section. Why? Wouldn't it make sense to be able to keep your exceptionally important or urgent labels in a different order from the longer list of less-vital labels?Those seem like little problems, but they slow you down a lot if you have more than a handful of todos - like if you're tracking big work projects or managing a big family. I'm trying to do both with this app, so it's frustrating.I'm sticking by it for now, because I haven't found anything better in terms of cross-platform reliability. But if they don't fix and streamline the interface, I'll be jumping ship when I do find that better option.
